Shades of green creates a leafy backdrop that almost hides the hand embroidered (Sri Lankan style) chameleons. Quilting was done in three stages, starting with a cream feathered designed, followed by emerald green leaves and scrolls and then filled in with small variegated leaves. The quilting took 75 hours to complete with a Bernina Sewing machine.
